Note:
- Service rates may differ according to changes to the trip plan, the number of days, the amount of vehicles, weekends, public holidays, routes and fuel prices.
- The prices presented have included staff services and fuel, except for minibuses and sprinters that does not have fuel cost included.
- The prices presented does not include toll-way charges, parking fees or any fees that may be charged along the route.
- In case of our buses operating beyond that of the agreed trip plan, there may be additional charges depending on the time and distance that the buses have operated.
- The price sheets can only be used as an estimated guide plan, not as a quote.
- The payment to rent our coaches is categorised as a transport service, there is no VAT fee included.
- Educational institutions, Universities, Colleges, Religious organisation, Charities and Non-governmental organisations are eligible to request discounts from our sales team.
Service conditions:
- Contract agreement is required and a deposit of 30% is mandatory prior to the journey, the remaining amount can be paid either before or on the day of the journey. Payment conditions can be arranged with the sales staff.
- 2. Extra services of drinking water and wet wipes for each passenger will be provided. (Excluding trips of short distances, trips of less than a day and trips that have been given discounts)
- If our customers desire to have snacks, drinking water, wet wipes or any other amenities or services. These can be requested. Services such as blankets and pillows for longer trips. If you require motorcade, tour guide or bus hostess etc., please request prior to the journey.
- Travel insurance of 100,000 baht per seat and medical coverage for 50,000 baht per seat.
A reservation is confirmed only when ”deposit has been paid/purchase order is obtained” If a payment has not been paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately.
- Cash – at our office in Sukhonthasawat (during operating hours)
- Check – check payable to W Cargo Service Ltd prior to the journey at least 7 days.
- Bank transfer – according to the invoice
- Purchase order – details must be provided to our staff, to agree upon the payment

Changes/cancellation policy
- Must inform us at least 15 days prior to the journey for changes to the trip / date of the trip
- In case of cancellation prior to the journey, we will keep the deposit money or charge 30% of the service price, the rest may be returned to the payee (in any case would depend upon our consideration to return the payment)
Service conditions
- For the safety of our passengers, our buses have a speed limit of 90 km/hr and please fasten your seatbelts at all times.
- Coaches will operate according to the agreed upon route and plan in the quotation, and will not be operating over 10 hours per day.
- If operated beyond the agreed upon route and plan, or exceeds 10 hours in a day, there will be additional charges: 500 baht per hour (if less than 1 hour, is an additional 500 baht)
- Coaches can only operate on routes that allow for vehicles to travel, the payee must prepare their own transport in case.
Liability
- As a company, we provide transport services, we are not responsible for the damages that may afflict upon your property, body or any payments or fees that arises from natural hazards, criminal activity, riot and accidents that is beyond our control as a company.
